Order Processing & Fulfillment All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Times (Estimated) Standard delivery generally takes 6 to 12 business days after processing. The delivery periods provided are estimates. Estimated shipping times do not include potential customs delays or public holidays in the destination country.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Restrictions We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address.

Order Modifications & Cancellations Orders may be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. Beyond this window, the order will be in processing and no changes can be accommodated.

Delivery Delays or Lost Packages Your satisfaction is our priority. While we strive for prompt delivery, Zertoo is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., weather, customs clearance, courier issues). If your package has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us.
